If my previous suggestions have not been able to correct the issue for you, the only other option we can provide is for you to try installing and playing the game on one of the compatible OS versions for the game. As the game is not actually designed to run on Windows 10 currently, we can't guarantee whether the game will work for you as we can only guarantee our titles on the OS versions they are designed for, even though we have seen some players successfully able to run the game on this OS. We don't really have a way of trying to test this on Windows 10 ourselves as all of our PC's in-house run off earlier versions of Windows (most using Windows 7). Here's the final email from Disney support: The game probably cannot run on Windows 10 no matter what. Final update: Disney support suggested various troubleshooting steps and compatibility options, to no avail.
